My first off-road Charity bike ride tomorrow, London to Brighton Off-Road, all 61 miles. Weather forecast looks interesting ⛈️🌥️ Have picked up daughters cold, and I have a torn rotator cuff after coming off my bike last week, expect will be a challenging ride. But absolutely nothing can beat that feeling of achieving something really difficult, whilst spending a few hours in nature, getting fresh air and having fun 🦓💪
