This time, we’re opening up the challenge to all forms of active travel!
Between 24th - 30th March, challenge yourself to ride, walk, or wheel instead of driving. Whether you’re commuting to work or school, visiting friends, running errands, or heading to the park, everyone can take part and enjoy the many benefits of swapping the car for an active trip. Plus, there are plenty of prizes to be won!

🚗 Don’t have a car? No problem! You can still take part—just make your pledge and log a car-free transport trip for a chance to win.
1️⃣ Download the Love to Ride app and create your account. You’ll need this to log your trips and enter the prize draws.
2️⃣ Make your pledge to ride, walk, or wheel at least one journey you’d normally take by car between 24 - 30 March. 🎟️ Bonus - pledge before midnight on 23 March to enter the early-bird draw for a £100 Decathlon voucher!
3️⃣ Log your trips via the Love to Ride app. Every transport trip* logged earns you an entry into the prize draws, including a chance to win £250 in cash!
4️⃣ Turn on automatic trip logging to make sure all your transport trips count. Read our handy FAQ on how to check and change your trip purpose.
5️⃣ Encourage friends, co-workers, and family to take part – the more, the merrier!
*A transport trip is classed as any trip not for fun / fitness, for example a trip from A to B, to work, to the store etc. ;

*What counts as a transport trip?
A transport trip is any ride, walk, or wheel journey taken for a purpose other than just fun or fitness. This includes commuting to work, running errands, visiting friends, or heading to the park.
I’m a wheelchair user. How can I log my trips?
If you use a wheelchair, our app may automatically log your journey as a ride. No worries—your trips still count and will be entered into the prize draws!
