Nathan CaldwellSorry to have missed your recent rides. Glad you are back to somewhat normal health!
Steve RankinThanks! Maybe someday I can sleep on my left side again...but at least I can ride.
Mary FoleyHey Steve, I prefer sleeping on my left side also but was unable to for several months after my hip replacement. Hope that improves for you. Is it due to shoulder pain? That was an issue for me when I fx my left clavicle. Hang in there! ;)
Steve RankinYeah, it's the left shoulder. My suspicion is that the clavicle has healed but the coraco-clavicular ligaments are torn. Seeing ortho again next week.
Mary FoleyAnother big ride, Steve! Hope you enjoyed some sunshine. ;)
Steve RankinThanks. I'm more or less back to "normal" as far as riding is concerned. I guess I'll know after the Horribly Hilly Hundreds in June. Not normal in other ways - I still can't sleep on my left side or sit in a regular chair for very long. It was a sunny ride, though back in the 30s today.
