Steve Rankin Non-union clavicle fracture. Now I have to decide whether to have surgery. Will see what I can/can't do over the summer.

Steve Rankin I'll wait until fall, since I'd rather use the arm for the summer and see how it goes. Having cared for many post-op patients is different than being the patient - this is harder. Reading up now on excising the loose fragment rather than trying to reattach it, since it may not be big enough to hold screws. Having coffee today with a friend who has had distal clavicle excision.
